FISH HOLDING ROOMS

The fish holding rooms consist of the main holding room on the main deck level, (no lifting and stacking of bins or bulk fish below decks).
This room would hold in excess of 400 standard fish bins stacked 5 high.

A bait freezer aft of the cool room on the starboard side has a capacity of in excess of 7 cubic metres
This room could be duplicated on the port side (currently being used as a carton room).

Two brine tanks on each side, about midships, have a total capacity of about 32 tonnes.
These have been specially designed for holding tuna but the area could be used for other types of refrigeration or dry storage.

A total of 48 cubic metres of additional space becomes available should the brine tanks not be required.

COLD STORAGE: 56 metres of cool room and over 7 cubic metres of bait freezer.
REFRIGERATED SALT WATER: A total of 32 tonnes.
