Group Committee

The Group Committee is comprised of the Group Leader, Parents, passed 'scouters' and interested members of the community. The role of the committee is to :-

• Manage and be responsible for the Property and Finances of the Group
• Assist with Fundraising for the Group
• Assist with Public Relations and Publicity.
• Support and provide assistance to the Group Leader.

Members of the Group committee are elected at the West Traralgon AGM, held in March of each year (March 20, 2000). All Parents are encouraged to participate on the Committee and are welcome to attend meetings at any time.

Remember this is your chance to support your child (and his/her activities), the dedicated Leaders, and have input into the running of your Group; West Traralgon.

The Group Committee currently meets on the last Tuesday of every month, 7pm at the Hall. Please feel welcome to come along to any meeting or to raise an issue with any member of the committee prior to a meeting.
