Home And Community Care Program {HACC}

The role of the Home and Community Care (HACC) Service Development Worker is to:-

• Assess the communities needs.
• The development and structuring of programs and services to meet identified community needs, within HACC funding guidelines.
  
  HACC Service Development covers all age groups - carers and all consumers of HACC services.
